Iyan Adewuya
Global Head, Corporate Solutions
Bloomberg L.P.

Iyan Adewuya oversees Bloomberg's Corporate Solutions business globally which provides integrated products and services for corporate investor relations and C-suite executives.

Previously, Adewuya oversaw Bloomberg’s Equity Capital Markets and Private Equity businesses globally which provide market intelligence, quantitative data, and high-end analytics to senior investment bankers and private equity investors through the Bloomberg Professional Service®.

He joined Bloomberg as a Senior Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions data analytics group where he was responsible for North American M&A research coverage for investment banks, private equity firms, and risk arbitrage trading desks. 

Prior to joining Bloomberg, Adewuya was a strategy consultant at HighQuest Partners in Boston, advising Global 1000 clients in the Industrials and Energy sectors on M&A, strategy development, and competitive intelligence. 

He holds an MBA from the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University, a Masters degree in International Public Policy from the University College London and a Bachelors degree in Journalism from Far Eastern University.


Catherine Chan
Head of Investor Relations and Global Communications
Tencent Holdings Limited

Catherine Chan joined Tencent in 2003 to help prepare the Company's IPO and has led Investor Relations and Global Communication Department for the past 14 years. She was formerly head of regional corporate communication for BASF in East Asia and a journalist based in Hong Kong. Catherine holds an Executive MBA degree from Kellogg-HKUST.


Ronald Chan
Founder, Chief Investment Officer and Co-portfolio Manager
Chartwell Capital Limited

Ronald Chan founded Chartwell Capital Limited in 2007. He currently serves as Chief Investment Officer and co-portfolio manager of the Chartwell Value Fund.

Ronald strongly believes that he and his investment team have been sound stewards of their clients' capital since Chartwell's inception. To help provide proper business and investment management to the financial community, Ronald has traveled around the world to learn from different industry leaders. In 2010, he shared his experience by publishing Behind the Berkshire Hathaway Curtain: Lessons from Warren Buffett's Top Business Leaders. In 2012, he interviewed fund managers worldwide and published The Value Investors: Lessons from the World's Top Fund Managers. Both books have been translated into several languages, including Chinese, Japanese, Thai, and Portuguese.

Ronald graduated with Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Accounting from the Stern School of Business at New York University. In 2016, he was appointed by The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited to serve as a member of the Listing Committee Panel.


Aldous Chiu
General Manager – Strategy and Investor Relations
New World Development Company Limited

Aldous Chiu is the General Manager – Investor Relation of New World Development Company Limited. He is of the Group management team and is mainly responsible for supporting the Board of Directors and the Group's investor relations matters like the engagement of the investor community including institutional investors, investment banks, analysts and rating agencies. He is also involving in corporate activities like IPO, M&A, bond issuance, stakeholders' engagement initiatives, corporate governance initiatives, results announcements, and annual report.

Aldous joined New World Group in 2002. Before joining New World Group, Mr. Chiu has extensive experience in equity research and management consultancy specializing in conglomerate, real estate, retail, supply chain management, operation reengineering and business strategy.

Mr. Chiu holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from Guanghua School of Management of Beijing University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst holder since 2001.


Fung Kit Yi, Kitty
Chief Financial Officer & Executive Director
Dah Chong Hong Holdings Limited

Ms. Fung joined Dah Chong Hong Holdings on April 1st, 2016 and is the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Group. She is responsible for the finance and accounting, internal control, treasury and investor relations for DCH and its subsidiaries.

Ms. Fung holds a Master of Business Administration degree and is a certified public accountant of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is also a certified management accountant in the United States and a chartered financial analyst of the CFA Institute.

Prior to joining DCH, Ms. Fung has over 25 years of hands-on and diversified experience at renowned multinational and Hong Kong companies across the food & beverage, fast moving consumer products, manufacturing, publishing, banking and retail industries in the United States, Greater China and Asia Pacific.


Daisy Ku
Head of Investor Relations
The Bank of East Asia, Limited

Daisy Ku leads the investor relations team of the Bank of East Asia, Limited (BEA). In this role, Ms Ku develops and maintains the investor relations programme for the company. She drives the collection, analysis, and presentation of feedback to the executive management team of the views of the investment community.

Prior to joining BEA, Ms Ku was an investment banking correspondent for Thomson Reuters, where she worked with virtual teams across Europe, Middle East and Africa to generate analysis on equity capital markets, debt capital markets as well as merger and acquisitions.

Ms Ku holds an executive MBA degree from the Kellogg School of Management and the HKUST Business School.


K W Lam
Managing Director & Head of Financial Communications, Hong Kong
Hill+Knowlton Strategies

K W Lam is the managing director of the Hong Kong office of Hill+Knowlton Strategies. He is also head of financial communications practice in Hong Kong. KW has strong experience in advising clients on transaction communications, including M&As, IPOs and debt financing.

K W joined H+K Strategies in 2008 with more than 20 years of experience in corporate marketing, financial PR and investor relations.

K W started his communications career as a journalist with the Hong Kong Economic Times, a leading financial daily in Hong Kong. From 1997 through 2006, he spent ten years in Shanghai, China, holding in-house and agency senior management positions.

He was Rowland Worldwide's China Chief Representative, providing corporate and financial communications counsel to international financial institutions and state-owned companies. K W was also the Asia Pacific director of marketing and corporate communications at Alcatel (now Alcatel-Lucent) for seven years. Based in Shanghai, he managed 12 country communications teams across the region. Immediately prior to joining H+K Strategies, he was vice president of communications at Titan Petrochemicals Group, managing the Company's investor relations and corporate communications.

K W holds an MBA degree in Finance from the University of Hull and a Bachelor of Social Science (Honours) degree from the University of Hong Kong. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.


Alan Lok
Director, Society Advocacy Engagement, Asia Pacific
CFA Institute

Alan Lok is responsible for engaging the growing CFA Institute member societies in Asia Pacific in advocacy work. In his role, Mr Lok works with member societies to advance awareness and adoption of CFA Institute ethics and standards, as well policy positions on financial market integrity issues. This involves outreach to local stakeholders, including the industry, financial regulator, and the public across the APAC markets. Alan also managed thought leadership research projects carried out by societies leaders as well as facilitating their advocacy activities on the Asia-Pacific Research Exchange (ARX) post publication.

Prior to this role with the Institute, Alan has served three years as the director of Capital Markets Policy within the Standards and Advocacy division of CFA Institute in the Asia-Pacific region. He was responsible for conducting research projects in market instruments and market structures. In addition, he was also given the duty to develop ARX till full completion until its official launch. Mr. Lok works with regulators, institutional investors, academics, and various other stake holders within the financial industry to uphold investor protection and market integrity. Prior to joining CFA Institute, he was a senior investment manager in a renewable-energy multinational corporation in Singapore. His portfolio revolved around carrying out intensive due diligence exercises in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.

Mr. Lok also spent six years as an equity research analyst; initially with a sell-side research house based in Singapore and subsequently with a buy-side boutique house based in China. As a spokesperson for both companies, he appeared regularly on various financial media such as CNBC, Financial Times, The Edge and The Straits Times to discuss issues related to behavioral finance and macroeconomics. He was also featured regularly as one of the regular guest commentator on Mediacorp's "Good Morning Singapore" – a leading Mandarin-language financial TV program in Singapore.

Mr. Lok has extensive teaching experience in the areas of asset valuation and corporate finance. Concurrently, he serves as an adjunct lecturer at the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore.

He received his MBA from the University of Manchester. He was also awarded the FRM (Financial Risk Manager) certification by the Global Association of Risk Professionals.


Dr Guy Look
Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director

Dr LOOK is the Chief Financial Officer and executive director of Sa Sa International Holdings Limited, and a director of certain subsidiaries of the Group. Dr LOOK has over 33 years of experience in local and overseas financial and general management. Prior to joining Sa Sa in March 2002, he was the Chief Financial Officer and an executive director of Tom.com Limited (renamed TOM Group Ltd.).

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and received a degree of Doctor of the University honoris causa from the University of Birmingham, England.

Dr LOOK is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants ("HKICPA"). Dr LOOK is a member of the Executive Committee and the Chairman of the Membership and Fundraising Sub-committee of the Hong Kong Retail Management Association, a member of the Energy Advisory Committee of the Government of the HKSAR, a member of the CNBC Global CFO Council, a member of the Financial Reporting Review Panel and a member of the Advisory Board of the Hong Kong Investor Relations Association.


Lisa Marklund
CEO Middle East and Asia
Euroland IR

Lisa Marklund is the CEO of Euroland IR Middle East and Asia and has been working in the global Investor Relations business for more than 20 years.

Lisa is co-founder of the company and has been active in Europe for 15 years and for the past 7 in Middle East and Asia. With an extensive knowledge of the IR industry, Lisa and Euroland IR has been providing small and large companies with compliance guidance and professional IR tools, in order to reach and communicate with investors, analysts and other stakeholders around the world.

Lisa and Euroland are long time members of the Middle East Investor Relations Association, the Nordic Investor Relations Association; Hong Kong Investor Relations Association and National Investor Relations Institute.


Paul McSheaffrey
Partner, Head of Banking, Head of the Internal Audit & Regulatory Compliance Services

Paul has more than twelve years' experience in Hong Kong serving a wide range of financial institutions, having previously worked for KPMG in the UK for eight years.

As the Head of Banking and the Head of the Internal Audit & Regulatory Compliance Services team for KPMG Hong Kong, Paul works with a range of clients advising them on how to strengthen and improve their risk management and compliance processes, enabling them to operate in a compliant and safe manner. Paul works with a range of clients across Hong Kong and Asia.

Paul is a member of the British Chamber of Commerce Financial Services Committee and the Private Wealth Management Association Accreditation and Examination Committee.


Flora Wang
Vice President, Investment Stewardship Team, Asia Pacific
BlackRock

Flora Wang, CFA, Vice President, is part of the Investment Stewardship team for the Asia Pacific Region and is based in Hong Kong.

Flora is responsible for BlackRock's proxy voting activities in the North Asian region. She manages BlackRock's corporate engagement activities in the region, engaging with companies on governance, social, and environmental issues and contributes to the development of BlackRock's corporate governance policies. Flora joined BlackRock as an Associate in April 2014. Previously Flora was the head of China and Taiwan Research at ISS Governance in Singapore for over four years.

Flora holds a B.A Finance from Tsinghua University in Beijing and MSc Finance from Singapore Management University. Her post-graduate study focused on corporate governance.


Suki Wong
Head of Investor Relations
ANTA Sports Products Limited

Ms. Wong Shui Ki, Suki is the Head of Investor Relations of ANTA Sports Products Limited (2020.HK). Ms. Wong has over 10 years of experience in investor relations. Ms. Wong has been working in ANTA Sports since it got listed in 2007. Prior to joining the Company, she had worked in investor relations agency for several years and specialized in serving H-shares listed companies. Ms. Wong holds a bachelor's degree in in English and Communication from the City University of Hong Kong and a master's degree in Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.


Venus Zhao

Ms. Zhao Hui, Venus has solid academic knowledge and professional experience in investor relations, media relations, corporate communications, and corporate finance, with near eleven years of relevant experience in Fortune 500 MNCs and Hong Kong listed companies.

In her current position as Head of Investor Relations & Corporate Finance at Far East Consortium International Ltd. (Stock code: 35.HK), she leads the team in designing and executing effective investor relations and corporate communications programs, using different advanced technology, including Wechat, Weibo, webcast, company website etc., so as to enhance the transparency of the Company and ultimately to achieve a fair valuation of the Company's securities.

She was awarded "Top 3 Best Investor Relations Professional" in the 2015 and 2016 All-Asia (ex-Japan) Executive Team rankings of the Institutional Investor magazine, "Best Investor Relations Officer (small & mid cap) " in the 2016 IR Magazine awards and "Top 4 Best Investor Relations Officer (Small and Mid Cap)" in the 2015 IR Magazine awards, Best IRO of The HKIRA 1st Investor Relations Awards, and "Top 4 Best Investor Relations" in Hong Kong in FinanceAsia's "Best Company Poll 2017.

Venus received her master degree of Strategic Public Relations in Communications and Journalism School in University of Southern California, and her MBA degree concentrated in Finance in The Hong Kong University of Science & Technology.
