Voting Deadline

15 May 2024, 22:00 Hong Kong time

 

Voter Eligibility

• Domestic and international investment community such as buy-side, sell-side analysts and fund managers are welcome to vote on their choices of the Awards.
• Voter is required to register with a valid company email address to receive a login password to vote.
• Full name, company, department, and job title are required to verify a voter’s eligibility. Voters who have not submitted sufficient verifiable information may be disqualified, hence all the votes submitted will not be counted.

 

How to Vote

Registered voters can login and their top 3 choices for each award category in the online voting survey by the submission deadline.

Nominees with the highest votes (weighted) will be the award winners. Top award winners from each category will enter into the final selection process for the Overall Best IR Company Awards and IR Committed Company by the Judging Panel. The Panel Judges will also choose an outstanding company that demonstrates excellence in all 3 areas of ESG (ie. Environmental, Social and Governance efforts) as the winner of Grand ESG Award for each cap.
