Stephen Fraidin joined Pershing Square Capital Management, L.P. as Vice Chairman in February 2015. Pershing Square is an asset manager with approximately $12 billion assets under management.
Before joining Pershing Square, Mr. Fraidin was a partner in Kirkland & Ellis LLP, and, before that, he was a partner in Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP. At Kirkland & Ellis, Mr. Fraidin specialized in mergers & acquisitions and corporate governance.
