Tim is a Partner in Walkers' Insolvency and Dispute Resolution Group and has been with the firm since March 2009. He is based in Hong Kong and specialises in Cayman Islands and BVI commercial litigation and all forms of dispute resolution, and in insolvency and corporate restructuring matters.

Tim has over 20 years of experience representing a wide range of clients in all aspects of commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation, particularly in relation to contentious insolvency matters and shareholder and other disputes arising out of distressed corporate and investment vehicles. In addition to his extensive litigation experience in the Cayman Islands and BVI Courts, he is a qualified Chartered Arbitrator and has appeared as an advocate in numerous arbitrations and mediations.

Before moving to Hong Kong in 2012, Tim was a Senior Counsel in the Dispute Resolution and Insolvency and Corporate Restructuring Group of Walkers' Cayman Islands' office, where he successfully represented clients in a broad range of cases before the Grand Court and Court of Appeal.
