Megan Tang, Senior Director, heads the Post-IPO team of the SFC’s Corporate Finance Division. The Post-IPO Team administers certain statutory rules that regulate Hong Kong-listed companies and is responsible for the SFC’s policy work on corporate conduct and corporate governance as well as the SFC’s supervision of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in listing regulation. Ms. Tang joined the SFC after almost two decades in private legal practice. Ms. Tang was previously an equity partner of an international law firm and was recognized as a leading lawyer by Chambers Asia-Pacific for both equity and debt capital markets work.
