Ms. Wu is Managing Partner and Deputy Chief Investment Officer of Light & Salt Capital Management Limited and assists the CIO in leading the Asset Management team. She is a Responsible Officer of The Company.

After graduating from Bernard M. Baruch College of the City University of New York with finance major in 2002, Ms. Wu joined L-R Global Partners LP, a New York hedge fund with AUM of close to US$1 bln. She had dual responsibilities there, namely, as the Head of Trading and equity analyst. In 2007, she moved to Hong Kong and set up the firm’s Asian office as a General Partner. During her tenure, she oversaw all equity investments in the region including the private equity deals in Vietnam and China. In 2009, Ms. Wu joined a family office, Yu Ming Investment, as its Regional Portfolio Manager, responsible for investments across different asset classes. Apart from the aforementioned, she also worked very closely with the corporate finance team, furnishing advice whenever need be. Prior to joining EIS Investments (Asia) Limited, Ms. Wu was the Portfolio Manager at Robeco HK Limited, a long only asset manager headquartered in the Netherlands, since 2011. In her capacity there, she co-managed the Chinese Equity Fund with assets of over US$1 bln but then moved on to the Asia Pacific including Japan team where she managed multiple funds with assets in excess of US$3.5 bln. Josephine has held licenses 1, 4, 6 and 9 with the Securities and Futures Commission.
