Ms. Zhao Hui, Venus has solid academic knowledge and professional experience in investor relations, media relations, corporate communications, and corporate finance, with near eleven years of relevant experience in Fortune 500 MNCs and Hong Kong listed companies.
In her current position as Head of Investor Relations & Corporate Finance at Far East Consortium International Ltd. (Stock code: 35.HK), she leads the team in designing and executing effective investor relations and corporate communications programs, so as to enhance the transparency of the Company and ultimately to achieve a fair valuation of the Company's securities.
She was awarded "Best Investor Relations Professional in Hong Kong" in the Corporate Governance Asia's "7th Asian Excellence Award 2017", "Top 4 Best Investor Relations-Venus Zhao in Hong Kong" in the "Asia's Best Managed Companies 2017" Poll organized by FinanceAsia, "Top 4 Best Investor Relations Officer (Small and Mid Cap) 2015-Venus Zhao" by IR magazine, No. 1 Best Investor Relations Officer (small & mid cap) – Ms. Venus Zhao at IR Magazine Awards - Greater China 2016, the "Best Investor Relations Profesional-Venus Zhao" in the 2016 China Financial Market Listed Companies Awards, and "Top 3 Best Investor Relations Professional-Venus Zhao" in the 2015, 2016, 2017 All-Asia (ex-Japan) Executive Team rankings of the Institutional Investor magazine.
She is also Fellow and Event Committee Member of Hong Kong Investor Relations Association (HKIRA), Full Member of Asia-Pacific Association of Communication Directors, Full Member of Hong Kong Public Relations Professionals’ Association (PRPA), Council Member of Malaysia Chamber of Commerce and served previously as Full Member and Council Member of Hong Kong Institute of Marketing (HKIM), and Full Member of Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Los Angeles Chapter.
Venus received her master degree of Strategic Public Relations in Communications and Journalism School in University of Southern California, and her MBA degree concentrated in Finance in The Hong Kong University of Science & Technology.
