It's time for the 2016 IR Calendar! To plan ahead your travel schedule and make sure there is a smooth itinerary on the road, squeeze some time to enjoy a good meal and do some shopping, HKIRA is organizing a panel sharing session from the seasoned IRO travelers. If you have some amazing travel experience and would like to be a guest panelist to share some travel tips, please send email to event@hkira.com and we will contact you. You are also very welcome just to join the event and do some networking to celebrate the New Year after the sharing session.

The sharing session will cover the following (or more) travel tips particularly in those key financial cities, New York/Boston/London/Singapore (whichever you name it):

What can you do if your flight is cancelled after you arrive the airport?
If you have a long transit hours, what can you do at the airport? What are the facilities at different airports?
What you can do if your checked-in luggage is not travelling with you after you have arrived the destination?
Which hotel(s) is/are the best in the city?
How to arrange local transportation cost effectively?
Which restaurant(s) is/are the best for dining alone?
Shopping and tax refund tips
