Outline: Hong Kong is considered as one of the most liberal debt markets in the world and China one of the highest-yielding bond markets globally. Yet the challenges to raise fund may not be as easy as it seems. As it comes to the relationship management with the debt stakeholders, should IR personnel be in place to cover? How is debt IR differ from those for equity?
