Sponsor:
Time: 12:30 – 2:00 pm (Registration starts at 12:00 pm)
Venue: Kew Green Hotel
1/F, 41-49 Hennessy Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong (map)
Outline: How do you reach the relevant audience with your corporate message and how does the implementation of GDPR affect communication with European investors?

The presentation will centre on the ways to communicate your equity story effectively to the relevant audience, and the tools you can use in doing so. The importance of a well-thought-out IR communication strategy will be highlighted, as well as its potential impact. We will talk about what can be done to narrow down the target audience to customize your message, and how to use statistics and analytics in spearheading the impact of your communication.

The legal hurdles of GDPR will be broken down and explained, to give a better understanding of how to reach out to investors within the EU. Understand how the new rights of personal data ownership restrict your communication, and have the key know-how to avoid severe regulatory consequences.
