Ming Chan is a seasoned communication professional with over 18 years of experience in investor relations, public relations, branding, and news reporting. She was the former Director of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations at Sa Sa International Holdings Limited, the leading cosmetics retailer in Asia. Ming was instrumental in developing award-winning investor relations strategies that helped the company maintain a strong relationship with its stakeholders. Prior to joining Sa Sa, she held leadership roles in communication teams for Hong Kong Airlines and Strategic Public Relations Group.

Athena Ng is the General Manager, Corporate Finance & Corporate Communications Departments of China Overseas Land & Investment Limited (688.HK), responsible for corporate finance, media, investor relations, environmental, social and governance (ESG) and other Board related matters.

Athena’s 20 years of investment and corporate finance experience spanned from accountant to investment banker to, currently, corporate executive. She started her career as an accountant in New York and subsequently worked at various investment banks (HSBC, J.P.Morgan and RBS), executing fundraisings (private placements, IPOs, right issues, bond issuance) and M&A transactions and recommended optimal financing solution for companies across Asia with primary coverage in real estate, but also in the retail and consumer sector.

Athena is a CFA Charter holder, a Certified Public Accountant of Hong Kong and the State of Virginia. She is a Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (FSA) Credential holder and a Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA®) of The European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies (EFFAS). Athena holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from The University of Virginia.

As a Change Evangelist and a life-long learner, Athena is passionately curious and inquisitive to seek new challenges and to lead transformation. Outside of work, she is active in the advocacy of empowerment and transformation in women, youth to discover their passion.

Kok Siong Ng
Executive Director & Chief Financial Officer

Mr Ng Kok Siong has been an Executive Director of Link Asset Management Limited since February 2020. He has been the Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Finance and Investment Committee of Link since May 2018. He is also one of the responsible officers of Link for the purposes of the SFO, a director of Link Properties Limited, The Link Finance Limited and a number of subsidiaries of Link.

Mr Ng has extensive experience in the real estate sector in Asia covering a spectrum of strategic management roles in finance, investment, corporate development and business technology. Since joining CapitaLand Group in 2005, Mr Ng held various senior executive positions, including Chief Corporate Development Officer of CapitaLand Limited (a company listed on the Singapore Exchange), Chief Financial Officer of CapitaMalls Asia Limited (currently known as CapitaLand Mall Asia Limited), and Group Chief Digital Officer of CapitaLand Limited. He was also a director and audit committee member of two real estate investment trusts in Singapore and Malaysia, namely CapitaLand Retail China Trust Management Limited (the manager of CapitaLand Retail China Trust listed on the Singapore Exchange) and CapitaLand Malaysia Mall REIT Management Sdn. Bhd. (the manager of CapitaLand Malaysia Mall Trust listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad).

Prior to joining CapitaLand Group, Mr Ng has worked in ExxonMobil and Royal Dutch Shell across Asia and Europe in various roles including planning and appraisal, information systems, finance and investment management.

Mr Ng holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (Honours) from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore and attended the Tuck Executive Program at Dartmouth College.

Dr. Davy Wu is a senior lecturer of the Department of Accountancy and Law, and an associate director of the Centre for Corporate Governance and Financial Policy of Hong Kong Baptist University. He is a joint director of Professional Diploma in Insolvency for the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also serving a listed company as an independent non-executive director.
