Dr Eva Chan Chairman Hong Kong Investor Relations Association Dr Chan is the Head of Investor Relations at C C Land Holdings Limited (stock code: 1224) with over 25 years of experience in senior management roles at various listed companies in Hong Kong. She serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Capital Environment Holdings Limited (stock code: 3989) and Xtep International Holdings Limited (stock code: 1368). She is also an Adjunct Professor at the School of Accounting and Finance of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong. Dr Chan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the City University of Hong Kong, an MBA degree from the University of Nottingham, and a DBA degree from the Polytechnic University of Hong Kong. She is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Investor Relations Association, the Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute, the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Mr Dudley Tyen CPA (Aust.) Committee and YPC Convener The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners Dudley is a Director at Ernst & Young Business Consulting, where he specialises in Financial Crime Compliance and fraud risk-related projects. Prior to his role at EY, he had more than 10 years of experience in forensic accounting and auditing at another Big4 accounting firm. Throughout his career, Dudley has conducted numerous confidential compliance reviews, fraud and whistleblowing investigations, fraud risk reviews, forensic audit assistance, and remediation programs for clients in both local and international markets. Mr Cliff Ip FCPA (Aust.) Divisional President of Greater China CPA Australia Cliff has more than 20 years of expertise in investment banking, family office, and auditing. He serves as a Partner at Wings Capital and holds the positions of Managing Director and CEO at Wings Securities Limited. Previously, he held the position of Executive Director in the Investment Banking Division at JP Morgan Hong Kong. With a career spanning reputable institutions, Cliff has worked at Credit Suisse Hong Kong Investment Banking Division, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Arthur Andersen Hong Kong Assurance Division. He has amassed extensive experience in various areas, including Hong Kong IPOs, pre-IPOs, cross-border M&As, share placements, convertible bonds, and bond issuances.
