HKIRA Training Courses to be Launched

HKIRA is going to offer Training Courses developed and taught by Investor Relation practitioners with over 10 years of work experience in listed company. Course instructors use easy-to-understand language to illustrate course materials with their day-to-day on the job experience, and interactive ways to impart professional knowledge you need to advance your career.

The upcoming HKIRA Training Course will be on "Listing Regulations Post-IPO Continuous Obligations". This intensive 3-hour Course will provide an introductory overview with case study of key listing rules on post-IPO continuous obligations, which impact the day-to-day IR functions.
Six main areas will be covered in this Course:
  1. Financial reporting obligations
  2. Notifiable transactions
  3. Disclosure of inside information responding to false market information
  4. Trading halt, suspension and resumption of trading
  5. Securities transactions made by companies or directors
  6. Corporate Governance Code ESG reporting

Buddies Program 2020 Officially Began
