IR Symposium 2021 Completed in Great Success
We are very delighted to share that HKIRA successfully completed our hybrid IR Annual Symposium on “ESG: Investors' Perspective" on 14 December 2021 at the sponsored venue of PwC Hong Kong and online with great positive responses. Over 100 professionals from the IR industry, investment community, as well as C-levels and senior management representatives of listed companies attended the annual Symposium.
We were particularly honored to have Mr. Joseph Chan, JP - Under Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury, The Government of Hong Kong SAR, as the Guest-of-Honor at the IR Symposium. Mr. Chan delivered an inspiring speech with the topic "Positioning of Hong Kong as Asia’s Sustainable Finance Hub”.
We were also delighted to have Ms. Grace Hui - Managing Director, Head of Green and Sustainable Finance, Markets Division, Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited to give her insight on the latest HKEX guideline about "Low Carbon Transition and Path to Net Zero" in the keynote speech.

Executive Certificate in HK Listing Regulations
HKIRA is launching a series of certificate courses developed and taught by senior IR practitioners with over 10 years of work experience in listed companies.
The “Executive Certificate in HK Listing Regulations” aims to provide an overview of the essential knowledge on the Hong Kong Exchange Listing Rules and the Securities and Future Ordinance that are most relevant to listed companies and IR practitioners. Upon completion of all courses, attendees gained a broad understanding of Hong Kong listing regulations applicable to their daily work.
The “Executive Certificate in HK Listing Regulations” consists of eight courses and the last course "Experience sharing and role-play simulation" was held at the sponsored venue of EDICO Financial Press Services Ltd. on Saturday 11 December 2021. Industry practitioners were invited to share their views and experience in IR and answer questions on regulatory compliance of key daily IR tasks. |
