  • For the "1+1 package", (i) both registrants must be working in listed companies; (ii) the two registrants cannot both be HKIRA members; (iii) both registrants must show up or arrange a replacement of Listco personnel to show up; and (iv) the registration must be done by Full/Corporate Member (Listed Company) (see membership class: http://www.hkira.com/en/membership/class.php).
  • Once a registration is accepted, a notification email will be sent.
  • Seat will be confirmed upon full payment of the event fee and receipt of the registration form on a first-come first-served basis.
  • Registrations are non-cancellable and fees are non-refundable. We will guarantee your seat upon your booking, thus payment is required even if you cannot attend the event after all.
  • Admission to the event is allowed only when a copy of the confirmation notice is presented.
  • CPD accreditation by HKIRA is only available by request upon online registration. Attendees should make the request given their full name. Attendees should be present for the entire event, and collect their certificates at the registration desk at the end of the event. Postal and administration charge may apply for any request of certificate collection afterwards.
